AK Notepad 1.9.3 is out!

Release Note:

Bug when creating new notes

I have the Droid 2 and when I use the voice-to-text feature to record a note, it will not save. If I enter it using the onscreen keyboard or hardware keyboard it does save.

If I start a note with the either onscreen or HW, then transcribe, it will save the full note, transcription included.

Just will not save when I start with transcription. Sounds like a bug in where it's checking if the user input anything or not..

Import Files

I had to switch my phone and i wish to download the files that I had on my old phone, but I dont know the default folder for AK Notepad. Can you let me know. Using a G1.

import text file motorola droid

When I try to import a .txt file from sdcard AK Notepad it exports to the sdcard instead. After I select the folder on the sdcard with the text file, I get a message "all text files have been imported to sd card"  I am running 1.9.4 on a motorola droid

Possible bug

I got a possible bug, which also appears in the last version.

When one's searching for a note, after typing part of the name and hitting the search button you get a list of notes that correspond with the query, after tapping on the topmost item on the list ak notepad opens new blank note instead of the note on the top of the list. I guess it has something to do with the add note item being the first on the list in the normal view.

Bug with this version

It appears that the remind functionnality does not work at all since I have upgraded the app to this version.

Try to go to the

Try to go to the application's menu > settings > Ringtone. Change the ringtone for the notification to your choosing and try to set a reminder.
Let me know if that solves your problem.

I'm sorry, I mistakely reported a problem. I think that there was no bug, the reminder seems to work correctly.

Requesting for font

Thanks for the great apps, it is wonderful.

If possible I would like to see that the notepad support the felt marker font in the future release.
